Manufacturing Process
Precision Manufacturing · 15 Steps for Every Single Panel
Manufacturing Process: Step 1: Raw Material Screening & Testing All raw materials undergo strict testing before warehousing. Bamboo charcoal powder, wood powder, calcium powder, and polymer resin must all comply with ENF environmental standards. Each batch of raw materials is sampled and retained for traceability. Step 2: Material Proportioning & Mixing Bamboo charcoal powder, wood powder, calcium powder, and polymer resin are weighed and mixed in precise proportions. Different base material series (Carbon Crystal/Anti-Collision/SPC) use different formula systems. Mixing is completed in enclosed mixers to prevent dust contamination. Step 3: High-Temperature Extrusion Mixed materials enter the twin-screw extruder and are melted and extruded at 180-210°C to form high-density base panel blanks. Temperature, pressure and speed parameters are monitored in real-time. Step 4: Vacuum Shaping & Cooling Panel blanks pass through vacuum shaping tables and multiple cooling roller sets. Flatness tolerance ≤0.2mm/m. Thickness uniformity tolerance ≤0.1mm. Step 5: Precision Length Cutting Automatic cutting machines cut panels to standard sizes: 1220×2440mm / 1220×2800mm / 1220×3000mm / 600×1200mm / 600×900mm Cutting accuracy ±0.5mm. Step 6: Panel Curing & Resting Cut panel blanks rest in a constant temperature and humidity warehouse for 24-48 hours to release internal stress and prevent deformation during subsequent processing. Step 7: Surface Sanding Panel surfaces are polished through multiple passes on 240-400 grit precision sanding machines to achieve optimal adhesion roughness standards (Ra 0.8-1.2μm). Step 8: Primer Coating UV primer is sprayed to fill micro-pores on the panel surface, enhancing adhesion for subsequent decorative layers. Primer undergoes initial UV curing. Step 9: Pattern Printing / Film Lamination Method 1: High-precision digital printing — Using imported UV flatbed printers, marble textures are printed 1:1 directly onto panel surfaces. Resolution: 1440 DPI, color reproduction ≥98%. Method 2: PET film hot-press lamination — Pre-printed PET decorative film is bonded to the panel surface through high-temperature hot-press technology. Film thickness: 0.12-0.18mm, superior anti-yellowing performance. Step 10: UV Top Coat Application Multiple layers (typically 3-5 passes) of UV top coat create a transparent protective layer. Total coating thickness: approximately 60-80μm. Processed according to product series: - Glossy series: High-gloss UV coating - Soft Touch series: Matte soft-touch UV coating - Excimer series: Excimer-specific UV coating Step 11: UV Curing Instant curing through high-power UV light arrays (mercury lamp + LED combination). Surface hardness reaches 4H-6H pencil hardness. Curing energy density: 800-1200mJ/cm². Step 12: 3D Embossing (3D Series Only) For 3D textured series, synchronized embossing uses precision steel roller molds to align raised/recessed textures precisely with printed patterns. Alignment accuracy ≤0.1mm. Step 13: Cooling & Stress Relief Finished panels pass through cooling tunnels to reach room temperature, eliminating thermal stress from UV curing. Step 14: Comprehensive Quality Inspection Every panel undergoes the following tests: • Appearance: No bubbles, scratches, impurities, or color deviation • Hardness: Pencil hardness ≥4H • Gloss: Glossy ≥85° / Matte ≤15° / Ultra-matte ≤8° • Color difference: ΔE≤1.5 (within same batch ΔE≤0.5) • Adhesion: Cross-cut test ≥4B • Weather resistance spot check: UV accelerated aging test 500 hours with no significant discoloration • Flatness: ≤0.2mm/m • Dimensional accuracy: ±0.5mm Step 15: Packaging & Warehousing PE protective film → paper/plastic corner guards on all edges → 5-layer corrugated carton (reinforced wooden crate for export) → palletizing → stretch film wrapping → labeling → warehousing. Each carton includes a product certificate and batch traceability code. ```

Installation Guide

nstallation Steps:
Easy Installation · One Wall in One Day
Bamboo Charcoal UV Marble Panels use a cement-free, mortar-free dry installation method, significantly reducing construction time and on-site pollution. Truly ready to live in immediately after installation.
Step 1: Wall Inspection & Preparation • Ensure wall is dry (moisture content ≤8%), flat, free of loose dust and oil • Raw wall: Level with putty first, flatness tolerance ≤3mm/2m • Renovation: Remove all loose layers, sand smooth • Uneven wall: Install wood battens (30×40mm) or light steel battens for leveling, batten spacing 300-400mm, fix with expansion screws • Wet environment (bathroom): Waterproof treatment and batten installation recommended Step 2: Measurement & Layout Planning • Precisely measure wall width and height • Design layout based on color pattern, determine each panel position • Seamless series: Pay special attention to vein direction and joining sequence, trial-fit on floor first recommended • Mark horizontal and vertical reference lines on wall with laser level • Pre-plan positions for outlets, switches and conduits Step 3: Panel Cutting • Mark cutting lines on panel surface according to actual dimensions • Cut with UV surface facing up using electric panel saw to prevent edge chipping • Moderate cutting speed, not too fast (prevent panel overheating and deformation) • Lightly sand cut edges with 240-grit sandpaper to remove burrs • Pre-cut openings for outlets and switches using hole cutters • Clean panel surface dust after cutting Step 4: Adhesive Application • Apply structural adhesive to back of panel in "S" or rectangular pattern • Adhesive bead width: approx. 8-10mm, spacing: approx. 10-15cm • Apply adhesive 2cm from panel edges to prevent overflow • For enhanced bonding, apply adhesive to both panel back and wall/batten surface (double-sided application method) • After application, wait 1-2 minutes until adhesive surface slightly skins before bonding (better results) Step 5: Panel Mounting • Align panel with reference lines, install from bottom to top, left to right (or from center to sides) • First panel is critical — must repeatedly confirm level and plumb with level tool • After positioning, use press roller to roll evenly from center outward, expelling air bubbles • Use rubber mallet to gently tap and fine-tune position (must complete within 3 minutes) • Leave 0.5-1mm gaps between panels for thermal expansion • If using batten method, reinforce with nail gun through panel side edges Step 6: Click-Lock Joining (Lock System Series Only) • For click-lock/tongue-and-groove series, align male groove with female groove • Insert at 15-degree angle, then press flat to lock • Lock series requires no gaps — expansion gaps are built into the lock design • Gently push to confirm locks are fully engaged and secure Step 7: Edge Finishing • Install metal trim profiles: - External corner → L-profile external corner trim - Internal corner → Internal corner trim - Panel-to-panel joint → T-profile strip or H-profile clip strip - Exposed panel edge → U-profile edge trim - Ceiling junction → Top edge trim - Floor junction → Skirting base trim • Fix trims with silicone sealant or clip method • Seal wall-to-ceiling/floor junctions with neutral silicone sealant • Ensure trim colors coordinate with panel colors Step 8: Cleaning & Acceptance • Remove PE protective film (only after all installation is complete to avoid construction scratches) • Wipe surfaces with soft dry or slightly damp cloth to remove adhesive residue and dust • For stubborn adhesive marks, gently wipe with alcohol pad (do not use acetone or strong solvents) • Inspection checklist: ✓ All joints flat and even ✓ All trim profiles secure and aesthetic ✓ No scratches or damage on panel surfaces ✓ Pattern veins correctly aligned (seamless series) ✓ Outlet and switch openings properly fitted • Ready for immediate use upon acceptance, no waiting required ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Daily Maintenance: • Daily cleaning: Wipe with soft dry or slightly damp cloth • Stubborn stains: Neutral cleaner + soft cloth, then wipe with clean water cloth • Do not use: Steel wool, strong acid/alkaline cleaners, acetone or strong solvents • Protection: Avoid direct impact or scratching with sharp hard objects • Glossy panels: Regularly wipe with soft dry cloth along grain direction to maintain shine ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Important Notes: 1. Panels should rest flat in installation environment for 24 hours before installation to acclimatize 2. Recommended installation temperature: 5°C - 35°C, relative humidity ≤70% 3. Structural adhesive full curing: 24-48 hours. Avoid impact or vibration before curing 4. Wear cotton gloves throughout glossy panel installation to prevent fingerprints 5. Panels cannot be bent. Curved walls require special flexible panels or heat-bending 6. Confirm color codes and vein directions before installation to avoid errors 7. SPC (SP) base material recommended for wet environments like bathrooms 8. For hanging TVs or heavy items on feature walls, pre-embed mounting hardware at batten positions 9. Professional installation team recommended for large-scale projects 10. Keep spare panels for future repair and replacement ```
